As the current COVID-19 situation unfolds, we here at New York City Bride, remain dedicated to the safety and health of our customers and employees. We are closely monitoring news and reports as they are released by the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and the State of New York.

During these unprecedented times, we are working to provide you with bridal gowns and services in a way that keeps you, and our employees, safe. Due to the current order put in place by New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo, we are closing our office and maintaining customer support from home for the time being.

As always, our 24/7 online store is available for customers to browse and shop. You can reach our customer service team by contacting [email protected], via text at 1-718-496-1282, or through our 24/7 live chat on our website.

We are committed to keeping our customers and employees healthy, and as a result, we are employing additional safety measures. These safety measures, while necessary, may cause you to experience temporary delays in your order. We ask for your patience and understanding during this time as we work to fulfill orders safely.

Please be advised that all shipments processed before March 20th, and currently in transit, will arrive in the US the week of  March 30th.

At this time, we are unable to accept rush productions. However, expedited shipping is available and our current production time for wedding dresses is 6-8 weeks. When purchasing a dress through our online store, you will be provided with an estimated delivery range for your order. If your order is changed or delayed in any way, our customer service representatives will contact you via e-mail to notify you.

The coronavirus has caused many bridal businesses to close, leaving them unable to fulfill orders. To show our support, we are offering a discount of up to 30% for brides who purchased a dress elsewhere and lost their order as a result of the coronavirus. If your bridal gown order has been canceled/delayed due to COVID-19, please contact our customer service team to assist you during this trying time.
