All our dresses are made-to-order in Europe from high quality materials. Our quality reflects the centuries-old traditions of European handmade embroidery and beading. Each garment is carefully inspected before shipping.
New York City Bride offers fabric swatches for each wedding dress, allowing you to see and feel the quality of the fabric before making your final decision. On the product page for your desired dress, simply choose to “order a swatch.”
We also provide product videos alongside product pictures to give you a closer look at fabric details and embellishments. Additional videos of our dresses are available on New York City Bride’s YouTube channel.
How do I choose the right style?
Our virtual stylists are available 24/7 to assist with questions about styles and fitting. They can also assist you with inquiries about adjustments /changes to our designs.

How do I choose the right size?
In addition to standard sizes custom size option is also available. Once you select the “custom made” option, you will be asked to provide your measurements—and there is a video guide with instructions on taking your measurements properly. If you are unable to provide custom measurements right away, you can send them within 15 days of purchase to [email protected].
Can I return or exchange products?
We accept returns of accessories and standard size dresses. Please check our Return Policy for details.
What is New York City Bride’s production time?
Our production time for wedding dresses and evening dresses is 6–10 weeks, depending on the dress.

Do you have a physical location?
You are welcome to visit our New York City showroom. It is located at 95 7th Ave., 2nd floor, Brooklyn, NY 11215,by appointment only.
Most of the dresses available in the showroom are posted in our ready to ship section.
Most of our products are made-to-order, but we maintain stock items that are ready to ship directly from New York.
What shipping options are available?
We currently offer two shipping options:
Regular shipping (14–20 business days) with tracking.
Expedited shipping (6–8 business days) with tracking.
How do I make payments?
We accept most payment methods, including credit, debit, PayPal, and bank transfers.
We also provide a deposit option: 40% paid at time of the purchase, and the remaining balance paid when the dress is ready.
We offer an installment payment option through Sezzle Pay. Simply register with Sezzle during the checkout process.
